To create a look like this, all you have to do is get a pair of skinny jeans, and thigh to knee high boots, and a cropped jacket with an nice shirt that can either stop exactly at your waist or come down farther than your waist.

The top shouldn't be bigger than nor tighter than your actual size.

For the jeans, I would definitely pick a iron washed gray skinny because it wors for almost any body, or a very dark blue denim skinny.

The shirt, Black and shouldn't be a plunging V-Neck, it makes the outfit look too whore-ish and slut-ish instead of classy and repectful. Try and U-neck or a boat neck. It can be plain or have some graphic design on it.

The boots should be black because it makes any woman look chic. You can have flat heels or high skinny heels, but make sure that you look A-Okay super star chic in it and comfortable. If you want to walk in 5-inch boots all day, take the risk, but I really recommend flat thigh high to knee high boots for the best comfortable look.

To top it off, add colorful accessories to the outfit and a nice trench coat for a cold winter day, to be hip and stylish. A full length tan plaid trench coat will make you look like a duplicate of Angeline Jolie in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Yet its still giving you that look that's saying "I'm not easy, but yet sophisticated, and I want to get to know you."
